Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,317 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, ACTA2, and ISLR. Each is linked with MSRB3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB3-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB3 results are reported.
