MSRB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,351 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTK, NCAPH, and PIMREG. Each is linked with MSRB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB2-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSRB2 versus TTK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
