MSRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8073, RN7SKP35, and RACGAP1P1. Each is linked with MSRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB2-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8073 grouped by MSRB2-low versus MSRB2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
