Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, p38-MAPK, and Rab25. Each is linked with MSRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB2-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB2 results are reported.
