MSRB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,032 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein repair, Cleavage in ITS2 between 5.8S rRNA and LSU-rRNA of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Negative regulation of macrophage chemotaxis. Each is linked with MSRB2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB2-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein repair grouped by MSRB2-low versus MSRB2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
