MSRB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,536 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FPGS, JPT2, and PARP4. Each is linked with MSRB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB1-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
