MSRB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSRB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,992 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA9, CCNB1, and S100A8. Each is linked with MSRB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSRB1-to-partner and partner-to-MSRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
