MSMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,987 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSMO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGCS1, FDPS, and IDI1. Each is linked with MSMO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSMO1 versus HMGCS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
