Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,417 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FDPS, IDI1, and FDFT1. Each is linked with MSMO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSMO1 versus FDPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
