MSMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP428, OR1AC1P, and RNU6-847P. Each is linked with MSMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP428 grouped by MSMO1-low versus MSMO1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
