Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and Notch1. Each is linked with MSMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMO1-to-partner and partner-to-MSMO1 results are reported.
