MSMB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,725 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSMB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, SGSM3, and BCAS1. Each is linked with MSMB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMB-to-partner and partner-to-MSMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSMB versus AGR2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
