Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO1P43, RN7SL627P, and RN7SL690P. Each is linked with MSMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMB-to-partner and partner-to-MSMB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO1P43 grouped by MSMB-low versus MSMB-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
