The most reproducible MSMB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, Positive regulation of IRE1-mediated unfolded protein response, and Microtubule depolymerization. Each is linked with MSMB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMB-to-partner and partner-to-MSMB results are reported.
