MSLNL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSLNL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,008 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSLNL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, Protein localization to cell surface, and Regulation of amyloid precursor protein catabolic process. Each is linked with MSLNL in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSLNL-to-partner and partner-to-MSLNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by MSLNL-low versus MSLNL-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSLNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSLNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
