Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSLN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,337 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSLN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPG, MISP, and MSLN_S200. Each is linked with MSLN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSLN-to-partner and partner-to-MSLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSLN versus CAPG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
