Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, POMP, and PRAMEF13. Each is linked with MSLN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSLN-to-partner and partner-to-MSLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by MSLN-low versus MSLN-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
