Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATE1, PPP1R2C, and GH2. Each is linked with MSLN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSLN-to-partner and partner-to-MSLN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PATE1 grouped by MSLN-low versus MSLN-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
