MSL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,008 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSK, DOCK2, and SPN_S355. Each is linked with MSL3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL3-to-partner and partner-to-MSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSL3 versus CSK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
