Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and ATM. Each is linked with MSL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL3-to-partner and partner-to-MSL3 results are reported.
