Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,958 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, GATAD2B, and HCFC1. Each is linked with MSL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL2-to-partner and partner-to-MSL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSL2 versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
