Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,192 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UMPS, NEPRO, and RYK. Each is linked with MSL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL2-to-partner and partner-to-MSL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSL2 versus UMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
