Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSAT1P4, TOMM22, and WFDC2. Each is linked with MSL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL2-to-partner and partner-to-MSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSAT1P4 grouped by MSL2-low versus MSL2-high in SKCM.
