Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LORICRIN, C9orf92, and CNTN3. Each is linked with MSL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL2-to-partner and partner-to-MSL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LORICRIN grouped by MSL2-low versus MSL2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
