Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P34, PPP1R10P1, and RNY4P16. Each is linked with MSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
