Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,908 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALAD, SGMS2, and NTN1. Each is linked with MSL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
