MSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP10L2, OR10A4, and CCL16. Each is linked with MSL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSL1-to-partner and partner-to-MSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
