Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P2, AASDH, and DCAF16. Each is linked with MSI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSI2-to-partner and partner-to-MSI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P2 grouped by MSI2-low versus MSI2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
