Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,813 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Extracellular structure organization, and External encapsulating structure organization. Each is linked with MSI2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSI2-to-partner and partner-to-MSI2 results are reported.
