MSI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,341 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, PBRM1, and ADNP. Each is linked with MSI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSI1-to-partner and partner-to-MSI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSI1 versus ZMYM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
