Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,010 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-517P, MIR4530, and RBM10. Each is linked with MSH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH4-to-partner and partner-to-MSH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-517P grouped by MSH4-low versus MSH4-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
