MSH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,266 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELSR3, ABCA3, and ITGB4. Each is linked with MSH4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH4-to-partner and partner-to-MSH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELSR3 grouped by MSH4-low versus MSH4-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
