Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,507 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM3, NASP, and POLD1. Each is linked with MSH2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSH2-to-partner and partner-to-MSH2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 versus MCM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
