Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MSANTD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MSANTD3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher MSANTD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MSANTD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where MSANTD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
