MSANTD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSANTD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,269 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSANTD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCN1, LOXL2, and MMP14. Each is linked with MSANTD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD3-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD3 versus CCN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSANTD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSANTD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
