Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MSANTD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MSANTD2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MSANTD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MSANTD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MSANTD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
