MSANTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSANTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,572 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSANTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF133, KHDC4, and USPL1. Each is linked with MSANTD2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD2-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD2 versus ZNF133 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSANTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSANTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
