MSANTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSANTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSANTD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCPS, CWC15, and RBBP5. Each is linked with MSANTD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD2-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD2 versus DCPS in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSANTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSANTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
