Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSANTD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,378 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MSANTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, GFM1, and NAA25. Each is linked with MSANTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD2-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MSANTD2 versus FHL5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSANTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSANTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
