Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSANTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,762 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSANTD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Centrosome cycle, and Centriole replication. Each is linked with MSANTD2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD2-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD2 results are reported.
