Across TCGA cell cohorts, MSANTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,285 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSANTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to vacuole, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with MSANTD1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSANTD1-to-partner and partner-to-MSANTD1 results are reported.
