MS4A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNPNAT1, RNA5SP412, and LONP1. Each is linked with MS4A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A7-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNPNAT1 grouped by MS4A7-low versus MS4A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
