The most reproducible MS4A7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endothelial cell morphogenesis, Isoprenoid catabolic process, and Positive regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with MS4A7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A7-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A7 results are reported.
