Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MS4A6E RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MS4A6E data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MS4A6E RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MS4A6E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and BRCA show a favorable association.

ACC, PAAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where MS4A6E RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
