The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher MS4A6E Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MS4A6E expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.

LUAD, LGG, and UCEC are the cancer types where MS4A6E Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
