MS4A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS11, AHRR, and MRPS11. Each is linked with MS4A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A3-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHRS11 grouped by MS4A3-low versus MS4A3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
