MS4A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 299 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALKBH8, GRHL2_T164, and KAZN_S346. Each is linked with MS4A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A2-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A2 versus ALKBH8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
