MS4A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P1, ADAMTS4, and NIPA1. Each is linked with MS4A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A2-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS28P1 grouped by MS4A2-low versus MS4A2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
