MS4A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MS4A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,612 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL6A5, LRRC52, and OR6V1. Each is linked with MS4A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A2-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MS4A2 versus COL6A5 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
