MS4A15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MS4A15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MS4A15-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with MS4A15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MS4A15-to-partner and partner-to-MS4A15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MS4A15-low versus MS4A15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MS4A15→partner) and Y-score (partner→MS4A15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
